Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the tour starts for all one-day tours.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, as guide arrangements, transportation, and logistics are already confirmed.
For multi-day tours, cancellations made:
30+ days in advance: 90–100% refund
15–29 days in advance: 50% refund
Less than 15 days: Non-refundable
If a tour cannot proceed due to adverse weather or transportation shutdowns (especially ferries), we offer the following options:
Rescheduling the same tour for a later available date.
Alternative Tour of equal value, so your day is still filled with discovery and excitement.
Partial Refund of 50–60% of the tour price if rescheduling or an alternative is declined. This accounts for operational expenses already incurred, such as transportation, driver, and tour guide services.
Certain activities (e.g., Flor de Caña tasting, guided volcano hikes) involve third-party providers, and refund terms may vary. We’ll always communicate any exceptions clearly at the time of booking.
Group or private bookings may have special terms depending on size and customization.
