History

Enjoy the boat tour in the morning and then enjoy the history and culture, visiting some of the historical sites of Granada in a Horse Carriage such as Cathedral, Train Station, La Pólvora Fortress, La Merced Church, the Chocolate Museum or Cigar Factory.

During this adventure, we´ll visit some of the best attractions of the island, Ojo de Agua, Charco Verde Natural Reserve, Punta Jesus de Maria, and El Ceibo Museum.

This trip will start with a visit to the Ruins of Leon Viejo founded by Spaniards in 1524 and left by its inhabitants 68 years later, because of tremendous activities of Momotombo Volcano. It has recently been declared by UNESCO “Heritage site of humanity” as a symbol of Spanish conquest.
