Reservations:
Must be made 72 hours in advance.
Cancellation Without Penalty:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the day of Tour will not incur any penalties.
Cancellations Penalties:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours before the Tour day or in case of no-use of the reserved service, 80% of what you already paid will be refunded.
